Working Group on Transfer Pricing

Created in July 2009, with the following composition:

  • On behalf of the companies, representatives from:

    • FCC
    • FERROVIAL
    • IBERDROLA
    • INDITEX
    • MAPFRE
    • MICHELIN
    • NORFIN HOLDER
    • REPSOL
    • SEAT

  • On behalf of the Tax Agency, representatives from:

    • Financial and Tax Inspection Department
    • Customs and Excise Duties Department
    • Large Taxpayers Central Office
    • Planning and Institutional Relations Service
    • General Directorate for Taxation Ministerio de Hacienda

This working group has met 14 times since it was created, the last of which was on 28 November 2012. It has now concluded its work and, in its place, the Working Group for the Analysis of Tax Regulations and Conflict Reduction was created at the Plenary Session of 29 October 2013.

The representative of IBERDROLA, as a collaborator of the Technical Secretariat of the Forum and representing the companies participating in it, is invited to all meetings of the working groups.
