Statistics of corporate and non-corporate SMEs

The Statistics of corporate and non-corporate SMEs is based on the information related to the economic activities provided by businessmen and professionals, natural persons in their annual Income Tax returns and on the relative information to the financial statements that corporate companies present in their annual Corporate Tax returns.

This statistic will simultaneously analyse two groups of companies that carry out economic activities: One subset is non-corporate SMEs in normal and simplified direct estimation and the other is small corporate companies.

The objective is to complete the overview of general economic activity with a comparative view, since until now, the analysis has been carried out independently in the statistics already published Annual accounts on Corporate Tax and Income from the Economic Activity of Self-Employed Entrepreneurs or Individuals.
