FNMT electronic certificate with ID card without appointment via video identification
This reminder is intended to inform about the possibility of obtaining an electronic certificate for individuals offered by the National Mint and Stamp Factory (FNMT), through video identification.
Obtaining the certificate is not entirely immediate because the applicant's "identification video" has to be evaluated by the FNMT. In addition, the management of the identification video in the FNMT Electronic Office entails, at least for now, a cost (€2.99 + Taxes).

The certificate obtained by video identification has some limitations. It does not allow you to obtain online a certificate for a representative of the Sole or Joint Administrator type at the FNMT Headquarters or for a representative of a legal entity at the Tax Agency Headquarters. Therefore, if you wish to use the individual certificate to obtain a Representation certificate online, you must obtain the individual certificate with in-person accreditation.
