Form 289

Informative annual tax return for financial accounts in the mutual assistance area (CRS).

Form 289 relating to the annual information declaration of financial accounts in the field of mutual assistance (CRS) is amended to:

  • Update, as in previous exercises, the content of Annexes I and II of the model order to the current situation of the countries committed to the exchange of information, including in the list the countries with which exchanges will take place from the 2026 fiscal year onwards.

New features to highlight:

  • It is included Cameroon.

  • It is included Trinidad and Tobago.
