The main way to submit form 241 is through a web service. To this end, the submission of the xml through a web service client has also been enabled. All the information on how to connect to this web service can be found in the Help tab.
As an alternative method of filing, and with the aim of making filing easier for all taxpayers, a web form has been enabled for entering the declaration data.
