The activity carried out by a natural person, provided that it is carried out in the terms of rule 3.1 of the Instruction of the IAE , without circumstances concurring that allow the existence of a business organization to be appreciated, consistent in the intermediation for the vacation or tourist rental of an apartment that is not their property, is classified in group 799 of the second section of the IAE Rates, “Other professionals related to financial, legal, insurance and rentals, nec .”

Recharging mobile phones through SOLRED terminals, a company with which a contract will be signed to market recharge codes for prepaid mobile telephony products through terminals owned by SOLRED, is not included in section 662.2 but is classified in heading 969.7 of the first section “Other automatic machines”.
