Financial institutions classified in groups 811 and 812 of the first section of the Tariffs may, from July 5, 2018, provide customers with the combined service of cash withdrawal and payment for the goods and services purchased.

For tax periods starting on or after July 5, 2018, the 50 percent reduction in the rate in favor of the State Postal and Telegraph Company SA is eliminated.

For tax periods beginning on or after July 5, 2018, the activities classified under Section 251.3 “Manufacture of inorganic chemical products (including the manufacture of industrial gases, except compressed gases)” of the first section of the Tariffs are listed.

For tax periods beginning on or after July 5, 2018, it is clarified which gases are considered compressed gas.
