If a company meets all the requirements regulated in rule 7 of the Instruction for the application of the IAE Rates, relating to the simultaneity of manufacturing activities, it must pay 100% of the highest municipal rate and 50% of the remaining rates.

For the services called “sweet tables” for which pastries, sweets, etc. are served by a person or entity, registration must be made in section 677.9 of the first section of the IAE Rates, which classifies “Other food services typical of catering”.
