In cases where lottery sales are carried out in bars and retail establishments, sellers do not need to register their lottery ticket sales activity.

Group 641 of Section 1 “Retail trade of fruit, vegetables, garden produce and tubers” authorises the performance of peeling, chopping, juicing and basic packaging of fruit and vegetables for sale exclusively to end consumers, provided that they do not alter the fundamental properties of the products and allow their preservation only for a short period of time.
