Section 501.3 of Section 1 will only cover the performance of masonry work and other work related to construction in general, if such work is carried out as a complementary or accessory activity of the construction that is being carried out within the limits established in your Note. On the contrary, if the construction activity is carried out exclusively, and not as complementary to the work being carried out, it must be classified in the rubric corresponding to the activity that is carried out exclusively.
