The activity of pharmacies is classified in heading 652.1 of the first section - Pharmacies: Retail trade of medicines, health products and personal hygiene. In this section, the professional practice of the clinical analyst pharmacist is expressly excluded. Therefore, the pharmaceutical professional and owner of a pharmacy office, who is registered in section 652.1 of the first section and also performs antigen tests to diagnose SARS infection COV-2, must also be registered in group 835 of the second section of Tariffs -Pharmaceuticals-.
