146545 - RATES. VEHICLE CHARGING POINT (I): LAND OWNER AND LESSORThe owner and lessor of the land in which the electric vehicle charging points (PRVE) are installed must register in the corresponding heading of group 861 of section 1 : “Rental of urban real estate.”
146546 - RATES. VEHICLE CHARGING POINT (II): LESSEE AND OWNERThe tenant of the land and owner of the charging points for electric vehicles (PRVE), must register in section 664.2 of section 1 : “Electric vehicle charging points”, and satisfy 2 installments . A minimum municipal fee of 13.56 euros for each PRVE that is installed in your premises, as owner of the premises (tenant). And a national fee of 13.56 euros for each PRVE , as their owner.
146547 - RATES. VEHICLE CHARGING POINT (III): ENERGY MARKETERThe lessee of the electric vehicle charging points (PRVE) and energy marketer must be registered in section 151.6 of section 1 : “Commercialization of electrical energy”, and will not have to pay any amount for the PRVE that it had under the lease.
