Filing deadlines: Notification

We inform you of the deadlines for filing and paying this tax

The Financial Transaction Tax approved by Law 5/2020, of October 15 (BOE October 16), came into force on January 16, 2021.

Its settlement period is monthly and the ordinary submission period is from the 10th to the 20th of the month following the corresponding monthly settlement period.

However, the deadline for filing and payment of self-assessments corresponding to the first four months of 2021 is the same as the deadline for filing and payment of self-assessments corresponding to the month of May 2021 (from June 10 to 20, 2021).
