General procedural issues

In the event of any debts/self-assessments and payments in favour of the obliged party, the compensation may be requested up to the amount in the event of a payment. 

This request may be filed online, by calling REC@T or in person at the Tax Agency's offices or via post office or public registers. We must indicate what we want to offset and the payment or refund we have in our favour to apply it.
