Types of precautionary measures

Precautionary measures may consist of:

• Withholdings in payment of tax refunds or other payments to be made by the Tax Agency.
• Freezing of assets and rights.
• Prohibition to alienate, encumber or dispose of property and rights.
• Withholding a percentage of payments from companies that contract or subcontract.
• Any other legally foreseen.
