Consumer education: importance of the ticket or invoice

• Students are instructed to request and collect receipts and invoices for purchases of goods and services at home. They must classify them based on whether the VAT is itemized or included in the VAT.

• Find out what the avenues for complaint are in different cases: spoiled food, lack of invoice and therefore VAT, item that does not comply with what was advertised.

• Draft the claim documents.
