Area : Interdisciplinary. Education in Civic and Ethical Values. Type : Group. Individual. Level : Second cycle of ESO

  • Justification of the “discounts” that exist in the tax: people who do not have children and therefore pay more taxes than those who do have children.

  • Are there reasons for these people to be dissatisfied? What arguments do you use to support the idea that it is fair for people with children to pay less?

  • Likewise, students will be asked to propose in their writing other discounts that they think would be fair to establish.

  • Spending suggestions for feedback:

    • Deductions for caring for elderly or retired parents.

    • Deductions for caring for people with disabilities.

    • Deductions for contributions to charitable organizations.
