Block I: Housing by property location
In this block the statistical unit is the Housing with cadastral reference, presenting the information by location of the property as a photo of the total housing stock for residential use declared in model 100. A first group of tables presents the territorial distribution according to main use by Autonomous Communities and provinces and another group of tables, perhaps the most novel, presents the average monthly price of rented housing, both those rented as a primary residence and those for other purposes (tourist, seasonal and others); In addition, profitability and the average reference value are provided, and it has a breakdown by municipalities with more than 20,000 inhabitants and an even further breakdown by postal code for municipalities with more than 20,000 rented homes and 200 or more in each postal code. All tables are supported by a powerful graphical visualization tool.
Two groups of tables are presented:
- Territorial distribution of housing
- Characteristics of the price and profitability of housing rentals.
- Housing by Autonomous Community and province
- Rented housing in municipalities with more than 20,000 inhabitants
- Rented primary residence in municipalities by postal code
