HOUSING BY PROPERTY LOCATION

  1. HOUSING BY PROPERTY LOCATION, in which the geographical distribution refers to the place where the home is located. This block has two sections.

 I Territorial distribution of housing

 What does the table contain:

  • Cadastral value and use of housing classified by autonomous community and province: This table shows the number of homes with cadastral value and the average cadastral value. This information can be consulted for the total and for each of the housing uses (main residence, rented, available), adding, in these cases, the percentage of housing by use. Information is shown for each of the autonomous communities and provinces.

II Characteristics of the price and profitability of housing rentals

In the tables in this section, homes are limited to the group of homes with cadastral value that are rented out, either as primary residences or for another use. Information is included on the number of homes, average monthly rent, average monthly rent per square meter, average square meters of housing, rental days, average reference value of homes, and average gross profitability.  Broken down by autonomous communities and provinces. In the event that the homes are not rented as a regular property, information on the homes available is also provided.

For each of the geographical entities, a table and an AEGEAN map are included:

  • Profitability and rental prices by regional government and province.

The total number of homes is included.

  • Profitability and rental prices for municipalities with more than 20,000 inhabitants: This information is shown for municipalities with a population of more than 20,000.
  • Postal code breakdown for municipalities with more than 20,000 homes rented as primary residences. Information is shown for municipalities with more than 20,000 rented primary residences and that also have more than 200 rented primary residences within the postal code.
