Classification variables

Within the classification variables, two types are distinguished:

  1. Permanent classification variables. Referring to a single moment t when it is the case t-1. This includes gender, age, and nationality.
  2. Other variables. They have a point of origin and a point of destination defined by the situation of the employee in years t-1 and t, respectively. These variables are what will make it possible to create statistical flow tables for salaried workers who remain in the labor market. This includes the Autonomous Community, the province, the salary bracket and the classification of economic activity according to the main sector of activity of the withholding agent.

The classification variables used in the statistical tables are as follows:

  1. Employee's gender (sex)
  2. Age
  3. Nationality
  4. Salary bracket
  5. Sectors of activity
  6. Autonomous community
  7. Province
