Introduction

The publication Labor Market Mobility in Tax Sources It is a statistical analysis that addresses a particular view of the labor market from the perspective of the movements of new hires and terminations and periods of employment in salaried work, analyzing the latter from the perspective of geographical mobility and sectoral mobility of workers.

This statistic obtains primary information from the records of salaried workers contained in the Annual Summary Declaration of Withholdings and Payments on Account for Employment Income (Model 190). The statistical tables complement those of the annual publication "Labor Market and Pensions in Tax Sources", which present a static view of the same referring to a reference year. The contribution of this new statistic to the one previously mentioned is the dynamic view of the labor market: registrations and cancellations, permanence and changes or movements between sectors of activity, between Autonomous Communities and between provinces. Both publications maintain several of the classifications used, such as gender, age of workers, Autonomous Community and province of their tax domicile, the sector of activity in which they are employed, the salary range to which they belong, and the nationality of the worker. This last classification variable attempts to provide a measure of the impact on employment of the foreign population in response to a growing demand for information that requires this greater detail.
