The publication Labor Market Mobility in Tax Sources It is a quasi-census statistic based on the records relating to key A of remuneration of salaried workers declared by the payers of income in form 190, which shows the movements of entry and exit in the labor market, as well as the flows of workers that occur between Autonomous Communities, provinces and sectors of activity during the periods of study.

The purpose of this statistic is to present results of the variations produced in the labor market between two consecutive years, understanding transactions in a broad sense, as movements or changes of situation that occur in the labor market. Specifically, this publication shows the changes in the workers' situation: additions (registrations) to the salaried status, departures from a previous salaried status, and remaining in the salaried status. In this last situation, two approaches will be considered: geographical mobility of employment at the regional and provincial level, determined by the change of the employee's tax domicile and sectoral mobility of the workers. The analysis of these factors explains the dynamics of labor market behavior over a two-year time horizon.

The results of this statistic address highly topical issues, aiming to answer questions such as: Which sectors of the labor market provide more or less job stability, what differences are due to gender, nationality or age, how do the salaries received influence job retention, what labor mobility flows take place between Autonomous Communities and provinces, which of these absorb the most of the labor market, etc...
