Right of access (request public information)

You can access public information held by the Tax Agency. 　

This right of access guarantees the possibility of carrying out queries on public data and information, with the limitations established in articles 14 and 15 of the Transparency Law.　

If the information you request is going to require some type of processing or reworking by the Tax Agency, you must use the right of access route and not the reuse of information ( Open Data initiative ).
