What is TOKEN and what is it for?
The TOKEN is a temporary 6-digit numerical code, which allows you to obtain assistance or carry out procedures through the Tax Agency's telephone channel (except for telephone assistance for the Income Tax Campaign).This code links the person who intends to handle something over the phone with the natural or legal person to whom this action relates.
This can be done either on its own behalf or on behalf of third parties.
To apply for a TOKEN, file the request on this page of the e-Office, following the "Obtaining a TOKEN" procedure.An electronic certificate is required to access this service.The TOKEN is valid for one hour from the time it is obtained.
In the event that the TOKEN requested is to act on behalf of third parties, the applicant must have an electronic representative certificate or be registered in one of the following Tax Agency registers:Registration of inheritances and legal representations of minors and disabled persons
