Supplies and other expenses
We inform you of the consequences of BREXIT on provisions and other expenses
Article 14 of the LIS , which regulates provisions and expenses in its section 2, establishes in which cases expenses related to staff remuneration through defined contribution or defined benefit systems to Pension Plans and Funds will be deductible. In this regard, contributions made by the promoting companies provided for in Directive 2003/41/ to occupational pension funds authorised or in another Member State are considered deductible, provided that certain requirements are met.
From 1 January 2021, it will be important to note that contributions to UK occupational pension funds, to the extent that contributions could be made, as this is a financial matter, will not be considered a deductible expense.
