Workers with disabilities who, as a result of their leave status, must be discharged from the corresponding Social Security Regime, will not be part of the calculation of the average workforce for the purposes of the provisions of article 38 of the LIS , unless it is a situation of leave that is assimilated to that of discharge.141911-DEDUCTION FOR JOB CREATION FOR DISABLED WORKERS PART-TIME WORKERS
