Information on how to fill in form 189

To improve the quality of the tax information for 2021 derived from form 189-information return.securities, insurance and income- (to be filed in January 2022), the field "NUMBER OF SECURITIES" (positions 130 to 145) must refer to the total number of shares in which the respondent holds a certain interest (shareholding percentage to be reported in the field SHAREHOLDING PERCENTAGE (positions 188-192)).
