Information note on the completion of form 189

With the aim of improving the quality of tax information derived from form 189-Informative Declaration. Securities, insurance and income - the completion of the field “NUMBER OF SECURITIES” (positions 130 to 146) must refer to the total number of shares in which the declarant holds a certain stake. The percentage of participation must be reported in the PERCENTAGE OF PARTICIPATION field (positions 124 to 128).
