Opening the PDF file with the browser itself disables the "generate code" function of the PDF template.
Therefore, the following instructions must be followed to download and subsequently complete the PDF model:
- Download using any browser and save the PDF file at a local file directory.
- Open the PDF file using the "Open with" option in the "Adobe reader" PDF reader.
If you ever get the message "Javascript is disabled", you will need to enable it.
Note: When you open the PDF file with EDGE or Chrome, you will get the following warning or message:
"THIS DOCUMENT HAS BEEN ALTERED. This document cannot be opened. Please note that the AEAT provides PDF documents "as is" and modifications to their structure are not permitted.
This warning is due to the inclusion in the PDF file of the code necessary to facilitate the completion of the form by the user, as well as to generate the Receipt Number and its barcode, so you should ignore this message, as it does not pose any security risk in this case.
This form cannot be submitted online. You can submit and pay it at authorized collaborating entities (Banks, Savings Banks or Credit Cooperatives) .
You can also make the payment through the option “Pay, defer and consult” available on the AEAT Electronic Office, but in any case, once the payment has been made you must submit the declaration to a collaborating entity.
