3.1.5. Performances of expert reporting and legal assistance

The Tax Agency carries out a large number of activities in fulfilment of its collaboration duty with the legal bodies by virtue of article 118 of the Spanish Constitution and of the Organic Law of the Judiciary, as well as in fulfilment of the mandate foreseen in its creation norm (article 103. One. 6 of Law 31/1990).

Legal assistance, in full sense, means a collaboration of the Tax Agency as a public institution with the legal bodies, and this collaboration is carried out with regard to specific matters or functions on tax administration and on the training of the civil servants integrated in it.
