3.1.5. Expert reporting and legal assistance

The Tax Agency develops an important number of activities abiding by its duty to collaborate with legal bodies established in article 118 of the Spanish Constitution and in the Organic Law of Judicial Power, as well as in fulfilment of the mandate set out in its creation regulation (article 103. One. 6 of Law 31/1990).

This judicial assistance, in the fullest sense, means a collaboration of the Tax Agency as a public institution with legal bodies with regard to matters or functions characteristic of the Tax Administration and of the training of the civil servants that make up said administration.
