4.3.6. Social networks: YouTube

In February 2008 the Tax Agency's channel was published in YouTube.

On 31 December 2014 the channel had a total of 193 videos and 3,286 subscribers. In 2014 the service channel received 1,371 new subscribers.

During 2014 the total number of views of videos was 1,934,545, representing an estimated total of 3,813,326 minutes of reproduction.

The average duration of views of the videos of all the Tax Agency's YouTube channel since its creation in 2008 has been 2 minutes and 4 seconds (50 per cent of retention of audience).

The most popular videos in 2014 were those related with the 2013 Income Tax campaign.
