Customs: Sending digital documents

In 2020, the electronic form for submitting form 503 (simplified accompanying document for Excise Taxes) was made available at the Headquarters, which covers the intra-community circulation of products with the tax paid.

Tax Agency App

During 2020, the Tax Agency has launched new features for its Tax Agency app, so that it is not only an application to inform taxpayers according to their profile, but also to allow them to carry out a wide variety of procedures. The presence of mobile applications in markets and new features have allowed for a substantial increase in app downloads. The result is that, as of December 31, 2020, 2,281,023 taxpayers had downloaded the new app, compared to 1,719,373 taxpayers in 2019, which represents an increase of 32.67%.
