Customs: sending digitized documents

In 2020, the electronic form for the presentation of form 503 (simplified document accompanying Special Taxes) has been made available at Headquarters, which covers the intra-community circulation of products with the tax paid.

Tax Agency App

During 2020, the Tax Agency has launched new utilities of its Tax Agency app with the aim of not only being an application to inform the taxpayer according to their profile, but also allowing them to carry out a wide variety of procedures. The presence in markets of mobile applications and the new functionalities have allowed a substantial increase in app downloads. The result is that, as of December 31, 2020, 2,281,023 taxpayers had downloaded the new app, compared to 1,719,373 taxpayers in 2019, which represents an increase of 32.67%.
