4.3.11. Social networks: YouTube

It must be taken into account that the Tax Agency changed its website on July 15, 2021, unifying the old information portal and the electronic headquarters. For this reason, a multitude of videos (294) were deleted, since they referred to the old website and were no longer useful for the new one.

Throughout 2022, 142 videos have been published on the Tax Agency's YouTube channel.

As of December 31, 2022, the channel had 250 published videos.

During 2022, 5,300 new subscribers to the channel have been achieved. Total subscribers as of January 2023 were 26,366.

During 2022 there have been 2,601,993 views, which is a figure very similar to that of the previous year.

The most requested videos, as usual, are those related to the Income campaign and, among them, the one that refers to the processing of the draft or declaration, with 242,933 views. Among the videos with the most views are also those referring to electronic identification systems: electronic certificate (223,000 views), Cl@vePIN (126,000 views).

A novelty in this regard during 2022 has been the incorporation of two videos related to the aid of 200 euros for individuals with a low level of income and assets. These videos were the most viewed during the months of July to September, the period during which said aid could be requested. In the whole of 2022, these videos had more than 200,000 views.
