4.3.9. Other measures for promotion of the Electronic Administration
Tax Agency App
During 2022, the Tax Agency has launched new features of its Tax Agency app with the aim of improving usability and providing a better user experience, including new procedures for taxpayers (appointment, consultation of notifications and communications, subscriptions and search for properties at auctions, etc.).
From January 1, 2022 to December 31, 2022, a total of 1,393,410 users had logged into the app on the 1,017,216 active devices as of December 31, 2022. In addition, the app has made it possible to bring the information offered to taxpayers closer, processing access to 33,572,885 information notices (highlighted news, press releases, statistics and analysis) and 2,337,286 personal notices during 2022 (greater security and confidence for the taxpayer since they have the guarantee that the person who sent them the notice is the Tax Agency and cost savings for the Tax Agency, since it avoids sending the SMS if they have already received the notice through the app).
