Agreement of understanding between the Tax Agency and the Group of Cement Manufacturers of Spain (OFICEMEN)
On November 3, 2022, an agreement of understanding was signed between the State Tax Administration Agency and the Group of Cement Manufacturers of Spain (OFICEMEN).
The purpose of the understanding agreement is to establish a general framework of voluntary collaboration between the Tax Agency and OFICEMEN, under which a series of actions are defined that promote public-private collaboration, for the prevention and fight against customs fraud in the foreign trade operations in the cement sector.
