The Constitutional Court and the Tax Agency have organized a study day that was inaugurated by the President of the Court Pedro González-Trevijano.

Two sessions were held during the seminar:

One:Scope of protection and limits of the right to privacy in tax matters. Right to data protection of art. 18.4 EC.
