Agreement between the State Tax Administration Agency and the National Social Security Institute, on the exchange of information
On May 21, 2022, the Agreement signed between the State Tax Administration Agency and the National Social Security Institute was published in the Official State Gazette.
The purpose of this agreement is to regulate the exchange of information between both organisations, as well as to establish a procedure for collaboration in tax collection management. The transfer of information to INSS will facilitate the recognition and control of the economic benefits of Social Security whose management and administration it is entrusted with, as well as the incorporation of information into the Digital Social Card system and the processing of contracting procedures. For its part, the Tax Agency will receive the information necessary to comply with tax obligations.
