Course-Stay on tax and customs procedures aimed at members of the tax career
Within the framework of the collaboration of training activities agreed between the State Attorney General's Office and the Tax Agency, a Course-Stay on tax and customs procedures took place between November 23 and 25, 2022, aimed at members of the tax career.
The meeting was opened by Mr. Javier Hurtado Puerta, Director of the Department of Financial and Tax Inspection, and Mr. Jesús José Tirado Estrada, Chief Prosecutor of the Contentious-Administrative Section of the Supreme Court.
During the course, various issues related to inspection competence, the safeguarding of fundamental rights in liquidation and execution procedures, the information and assistance strategies that the Tax Agency makes available to citizens to guarantee legal security have been analyzed. and certainty in their actions, census controls, customs regulations of the EU regarding those responsible for tax and customs debt on imports of goods, in addition to a analysis of tax conflict and litigation and the description of the internal control system of the Tax Agency and its information security policy.
