Understanding agreement between the Tax Agency and ProWorkSpaces for the prevention of tax fraud
On September 22, 2022, an agreement of understanding was signed between the State Tax Administration Agency and the Association of Business Centers and other work spaces (ProWorkSpaces).
The purpose of the agreement is to prevent and combat tax fraud related to the use of fictitious addresses and the registration in the census of companies that, using addresses of business centers, are not contractually linked to them, as well as the promotion of a greater awareness about the correct compliance with tax obligations in the sector, also including the study and promotion of the appropriate regulatory reforms for the classification of the activity of business centers in a specific heading of CNAE and IAE .
