The necessary coordination between the different tax administrations

The Fiscal Blog of Crónica Tributaria , for yet another week, publishes an entry on different aspects of taxation. On Wednesday, April 26, an entry written by Roberto Pérez Ramón, special delegate of the State Tax Administration Agency in Navarra, was published with the title " The necessary coordination between the Tax Agency and the provincial treasuries ".

In the entry, the author reflects on the essential effective coordination that must exist between the Tax Agency, the Navarra Provincial Treasury and the three Basque Provincial Treasurys for a tax system included in a singular tax regulation to function properly, in order to guarantee that Both assistance and information to companies and citizens, as well as the fight against fraud, are not hindered by the existence of multiple tax administrations.

It draws attention to the need to achieve efficient coordination between the organizations responsible for applying the different tax systems to fulfill the management responsibilities assigned to the different tax administrations.
