Through the We Call You Plan for filing returns by telephone, the Tax Agency provides taxpayers with a personalized service so that they can access their draft, modify it and file the 2022 Income Tax Return.

From May 3 to June 29 you can make an appointment for Income Tax 2022 online or by phone: 91 535 73 26 / 901 12 12 24 (automatic service 24 hours), and 91 553 00 71 / 901 22 33 44 (personal attention Mon-Fri 9am to 7pm), and we will call you from May 5 to June 30, at the time you have chosen.

To assist you by phone and file your Income Tax Return the person or persons responsible must be there (the call will be recorded). In order to identify yourself, if you are registered with Cl@ve PIN, you must have at hand the mobile number that you provided when you registered; Otherwise, you will need to obtain the reference number online.

Once you have made an appointment to complete your 2022 Income Tax Return by phone, we will call you from the phone number 810520052 that you have provided us (or from 917276222 if you have provided us with a foreign phone number).

These services will be available to taxpayers:

• With work income up to €65,000 or personal capital income up to €15,000.

• With economic activities in objective estimation.

• With up to 2 transfers of assets not acquired by inheritance or donation.

• With rentals (up to 2 properties or 2 contracts).

With this plan you have personalized telephone assistance as an alternative to in-person assistance in offices, being able to speed up the filing and, therefore, any refund that may be due to you.
