The 26th Plenary Session of the Large Business Forum was held

The 26th plenary session of the Large Business Forum took place on June 8, with the attendance of the Director General of the Tax Agency, Ms. Soledad Fernández Doctor.

On this occasion, in addition to analysing the issues addressed in the working groups during the first half of the year, the document prepared by the Cooperative Relationship working group "Proposal for the voluntary provision of documentation on related-party transactions within the Code of Good Tax Practices" was approved. The purpose of the proposal is to continue to advance in the development of the cooperative relationship model between the Tax Agency and companies, by promoting transparency and legal certainty in compliance with tax obligations. The early provision of this information, which is already mandatory for companies, will provide the tax authorities with a better understanding of the taxpayer's activities and, in particular, of the aspects included in the tax transparency reports, which will allow for a correct analysis of the tax risks of the company's transfer pricing policy, resulting in more efficient and early administrative control of the latter and, therefore, in obtaining legal certainty in a more immediate manner.
