Start of in-person assistance in the 2022 Income Tax Campaign
Since June 1, the Tax Agency has begun to provide the usual tax return preparation service in offices in collaboration with autonomous communities and town councils, while continuing the "We Call You" plan for preparing income tax returns by telephone, which allows taxpayers to be served until the end of the campaign without the need for them to travel and in a personalized manner.
From May 25 to June 29 you can make an appointment for Income Tax 2022 online or by phone: 91 553 00 71 / 901 22 33 44 (Mon-Fri 9am to 7pm), to receive in-person assistance at the Tax Agency offices, where you can file your 2022 income tax return.
Taxpayers who provide a mobile phone number or email address when making an appointment will receive an SMS or email with details of the day, centre, time and the link to the documentation required to complete their tax return.
The following link contains a comprehensive list of data and documents that you may need when you use the tax return preparation service at the offices. Prepare only what you need according to your personal situation and based on the income you received during 2022.
These services will be available to taxpayers:

With work income up to 65,000 euros or personal capital income up to 15,000 euros.

With economic activities in objective estimation.

With up to 2 transfers of assets not acquired by inheritance or donation.

With rentals (up to 2 properties or 2 contracts).
The in-person assistance service at offices is added to all the help that the Tax Agency makes available to taxpayers less accustomed to new technologies who require personalized assistance.
