The 29th plenary session of the Large Companies Forum was held on November 20, chaired by Ms. Soledad Fernández Doctor, Director General of the Tax Agency, and attended by representatives of the Tax Agency and the companies participating in the Forum.

On this occasion, among other issues, the plenary session presented the urgent fiscal measures adopted by the Tax Agency due to the damage caused by the DANA. The actions taken to combat VAT fraud in the hydrocarbon sector were also reported on, and the ruling of the CJEU on the regional section of the hydrocarbon tax was briefly discussed.

On the other hand, a presentation was made to all members of the Forum on the Artificial Intelligence strategy in the Tax Agency, approved in accordance with the provisions of its Strategic Plan 2024-2027.
