The fourth plenary session of the Forum of Companies, Institutions, and Public Entities took place on April 14, chaired by Ms. Soledad Fernández Doctor, Director General of the Tax Agency.

In addition to presenting the most relevant issues of the 2025 General Tax Control Plan, the plenary session also discussed corrective self-assessments in Form 200. A presentation was also made to all Forum members on the status of Pillar II.

The Forum of Companies, Institutions, and Public Entities continues to work toward strengthening the cooperative model it supports and represents, demonstrating that the joint work of the Tax Agency and Public Entities achieves the common goal of advancing and growing the cooperative relationship.
