On November 27, the 28th plenary session of the Forum of Associations and Colleges of Tax Professionals took place, chaired by Ms. Soledad Fernández Doctor, Director General of the Tax Agency.

On this occasion, the topics discussed in the working group meetings held during the second half of the year were presented and expanded upon. These topics included, among others, the status of regulatory changes that will allow businesses or professionals established in the territory where Value Added Tax applies to opt for the application of the franchise regime in other Member States, the new features of the 2025 information return campaign, and issues concerning the implementation of VERI*FACTU.
