On June 18, the 30th plenary session of the Large Companies Forum was held, chaired by Ms. Soledad Fernández Doctor, Director General of the Tax Agency, and attended by representatives of the Tax Agency, the General Directorate of Taxes, and the companies participating in the Forum.

On this occasion, representatives from the Tax Agency presented the campaign to improve the quality of Form 296 for withholdings on dividends paid to non-resident entities, the update of the new financial information returns, and the status of the electronic invoice project to all participants in the plenary session. The representative from the Directorate General of Taxes also explained the lines of work Spain is pursuing in relation to the European Union's proposal on decluttering.
