November 3, 2025. Officials from the Customs Surveillance Service of the Tax Agency in Castilla-La Mancha, together with agents of the Civil Guard of Sigüenza, dismantled an indoor marijuana plantation on October 15 in the municipality of Trijueque, Guadalajara. The operation resulted in the seizure of 612 plants, corresponding to 66 kilos of marijuana, and the arrest of four people, who are charged with crimes against public health, drug trafficking, and electricity fraud.

The operation, called 'Colombia-Capetri', began in the middle of the year, thanks to the controls carried out in the area by Customs Surveillance officials. After coinciding in the investigations with the Civil Guard of the Sigüenza Company (Guadalajara), the investigation continued jointly.

The exploitation phase ended with the entry and search of the property, inside which the agents found a total of 612 cannabis sativa plants, marijuana, in different stages of growth and flowering.

The plants were located in different rooms of the property where the necessary infrastructure for illegal cultivation was located. Thus, the necessary electrical installation was available to supply the different air conditioning, air extraction, lighting and heating appliances. There was also an irrigation system and fertilizer products used to force plant growth. Both the drugs and the other items have been seized.

In addition, three people were arrested during the search and charged with crimes against public health, drug trafficking, and electricity fraud.

Additionally, during the operation, an illegal connection to the electricity supply (electricity fraud) was discovered, the amount of which exceeded 13,000 euros.

The operation culminated last Wednesday, October 29, with the arrest of another person in Torrejón de Ardoz related to the events.

The operation was carried out by the Operational Unit of the Customs Surveillance Service of the Tax Agency in Guadalajara, with the collaboration of the Reaction and Intervention Group of the Deputy Directorate of Customs Surveillance and the Investigation Group of the Civil Guard Company of Sigüenza
