On April 22nd, the sixth plenary session of the Forum of Companies, Institutions and Public Entities took place, chaired on this occasion by Ms. Rosa M.ª Prieto del Rey, Director of the Tax Management Department of the Tax Agency.

In the plenary session, in addition to presenting the most relevant issues discussed in the working group meetings, the Director of the Planning and Institutional Relations Service of the Tax Agency gave a presentation to all members of the Forum outlining the content of the General Guidelines of the General Tax and Customs Control Plan of 2026.

On the other hand, issues related to different proposals for the improvement of the Cooperative Relationship within the framework of this Forum have been clarified, which will allow progress and further strengthening of the cooperative model that the Tax Agency is committed to.
