On July 1st, the 29th plenary session of the Forum of Associations and Colleges of Tax Professionals took place, chaired by Ms. Soledad Fernández Doctor, Director General of the Tax Agency.

During the meeting, in addition to discussing the issues addressed in the working group meetings held during the first half of the year, such as the 2025 Corporate Income Tax campaign or the Draft Order on the Public Electronic Invoicing Solution, the Resolution of June 4, 2026, of the General Directorate of the State Tax Administration Agency, which establishes the procedure for electronically seizing money in accounts opened with payment service providers, was analyzed.
